Fondue is an amazing mix of melted cheese, wine and other ingredients that we will get into for sure! There are even variations that use broth or oil to cook meats of different kinds! Fondue isn’t just about eatingᅳit’s a time-honored tradition that has woven itself into Switzerland’s history and culture. (And really, can you say no to dipping bread into bubbling cheese on a chilly mountain night?) There’s a reason it’s been beloved for generationsᅳit’s straightforward, but the flavors? Unmatched – really! For me, fondue is a nostalgic experience, reminding me of past dinners with my family gathered around the table. Its a delicious, wonderful experience and I am excited to finally share it with you! !
